The Open; it comes around once every year. It’s a time to compare yourself to your friends and fellow CrossFitters around the world. But more importantly it’s a time to bring the community together and feel that sense of camaraderie that CrossFit is known for.

Whether you have been doing CrossFit for 1 month or 5 years, it’s still a good time with good people. If you simply refuse to play or you can’t commit to the 5 weeks, try and make it out and cheer on your fellow athletes.

1) Take exactly 12 minutes to work up to a 1RM thruster for the day

NOTE* The first thruster will be 100% of 1, the second set of thrusters will be 95% the third 90% the fourth 85% and the 5th 80%.
