Skill Transfer Exercises

  1. Snatch Grip Push Press x5
  2. Overhead Squat x5
  3. Snatch Drops holding strength in the bottom

3) Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3 reps using the same weight for all 6 sets. I want these to be AHAP so work up to that heavy weight and use it for all sets

4) Complete as an ascending ladder from 1-10 reps of

Snatch Balances

Notes: Use 70% of todays heaviest weight for the Power Snatch and Snatch Balances
