10 wall balls
5 Front squats @65%
Rest while others work.
Notes: Set up airdyne in the back room after cycle run to the next room and perform Burpees then to the pull-up room and perform wall balls then run to the front room to perform front squats. As soon as one member starts their burpees start the next member on the Airdyne.
