2 rounds of the following

Block 1:    9 thrusters 95/75       27 Double Unders

Block 2:    11 Thrusters 95/75    33 Double Unders

Block 3:    13 Thrusters 95/75    39 Double Unders

Block 4:    15 Thrusters 95/75    45 Double Unders

Etc.... if athletes are making it past block 4 add 2 thrusters and 6 double Unders to each additional block
