1) In teams of two complete the following
30 min AMRAP of
10 Box jumps
15 Weighted reverse lunges (barbell in front rack) 95/65
Notes: Partner 1 works while partner 2 holds there barbell in front rack. If partner 2 puts Barbell down then partner 1 must stop the AMRAP until the barbell is being held again. Switch out as needed.
