So tomorrow is my birthday. I know there were a few folks that were trying to put together a birthday workout and I like that idea. However what I saw didn't quite look right. Im very appreciative for the thought that was put in and the time taken so keeping in the spirit of things I have assisted some and came of with a somewhat tailored work out.

1 Snatch 135/95 (full lift)
79 Double Unders
