1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) EMOM for 5 Minutes complete 5 Power snatches using 80% of your 5RM power Snatch. If you do not have a 5RM power snatch find a weight that feels somewhere between 5-7 on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 Being the lightest thing ever 10 being the heaviest thing ever.

3) 12 minute AMRAP of
10 KB Snatches left arm 53/35
20 Box jumps
10 KB Snatches right arm 53/35
100m Run
