Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) For time complete
4 rounds of
125 Double Unders
25 over your rope burpees

1. Scale for the double unders is x2 singles
2. For the burpees place your jump rope on the ground after completing the double unders and then use it to jump over laterally while doing the burpees.

3) Mobility/stretching
