Heres a little info on the Everyday Warrior 2015 Battle series. Its kinda like the open where there will be four workouts done over a four week period. As you can see below there are different divisions making it so everyone can feel comfortable competing. https://www.everyday-warrior.org/battle-series/ here is the website if anyone is interested in participating. I have looked at the website and there is 1 person competing from our gym so far.  Who else wants to join in on the fun??

4-WEEK ONLINE WORKOUT COMPETITION

— NOVEMBER 2ND–29TH —

RX • SCALED • MASTERS • TEEN

PROCEEDS BENEFIT CROSSFITTERS CURRENTLY BATTLING CANCER •

PRIZE PACKAGES FOR TOP INDIVIDUALS IN EACH DIVISION •

 

General Programming:

1)Coach led Warm-up


 

2)  “Barbara”

5 rounds for time resting 3 minutes between rounds of

20 Pullups

30 Pushups

40 Situps

50 Squats

 

3) Mobility/stretching

 

Competition Programming:

1) EMOM for 5 minutes complete a 3 position snatch  @ 60% of your 1RM

 

2) EMOM for 5 minutes complete a 3 position clean @ 60%  of your 1RM

 

3) Rack jerks 6x3@ 60% of your 1RM

 

4) 21-15-9 reps of

Over the box jumps 30/24

V-ups

 

Before each round of reps complete 100 Double unders. So at 3-2-1 go start with 100 Double under then 21 reps of each exercise then 100 double under then 15 reps of each exercise and finally one last set of 100 double unders and 9 reps of each exercise
