Partner workout tomorrow. Come ready to work it'll be a great time. I mean seriously the wonderful combo of wall balls and burpees. Who could ask for anything more?
1) Coach led Warm-up
2) In teams of 2 complete as many rounds + meters rowed as possible in 30 minutes of
15 Wall balls
Notes: One partner does one round of the couplet while the other rows for meters then switch. Continue like that for 30 minutes. Each time a teammate completes the couplet that is one round. Score is total rounds and total meters rowed.
