What an awesome day Saturday was. We had yet another successful Barbells for Boobs. I want to personally Thank Coach Bri and Seasha for putting so much time and effort into this fundraiser each year. Also I want to thank all the local businesses that donated for our raffle baskets, we had so many great prizes. Here is a quick shout out to those businesses: Melissa York Studios, Salty Girl Sunless Tanning, Seabolts, Whidbey Coffee, Lotus Yoga Studios, UnSize Me Yoga Studios, Honeymoon Bay Coffee, Chris's Bakery, Safeway, Haagens, Frasers, Color Street Nails, Louiges, Papa Murphy's, Bunnies by the Bay, SeaWitch Botanicals & Kids Preferred. Thank you! We raised $900 for our event.

Moving on to some more exciting news. We would like to announce a change in HOURS. Starting November 12th we will be changing our morning hours, we will no longer be holding a 10:00 am class, we will now be having a 9:30 class only for regular classes. So here comes the exciting news, we will now be having OPEN Gym hours from 11:00-1:00. If you are unfamiliar of what open gym is, it's exactly that, it's open for you to come in and work at your own pace, you are welcome to do the WOD or work on any skill you have been wanting to work on. A Level 1/Weightlifting certified coach will be there to help guide you with any thing you would like to work on. We will start with Open gym just on Monday's Wednesday's and Friday's, if it's as successful as we hope it to be then we will go to 5 day's a week. So our classes will look like this come 11/12/18. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. 

5:30am, 9:30am 11:00-1:00 Open Gym(Mon,Wed,Fri), 4:00pm, 5:00pm and 6:00pm

2) Shoulder press 5-5-5-5-5-5 reps increasing weight each set looking for a new 5RM by the last set.

3) 10 Minute AMRAP of

20 Single Arm DB Push presses (10 each arm) 50/35
100m Run

4) Mobility/Stretching
