Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 3 hang power cleans

3) For time complete 4 rounds of
15 Hang (Squat) Cleans
20 2 count Mountain climbers
15 Pull-ups

1. Weight for Hang Squat Cleans should be 60% of todays heaviest HPC
2. The Mountain Climbers are 2 count so Left leg + Right leg = 1 rep.
3. Kipping pull-ups are ok for this WOD. Scale for the Pull-ups today will be jumping pull-ups.

4) Mobility/Stretching
