Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of two complete a 30 Minute AMRAP of
400m Med ball run 30/20
50 Medball situps 30/20
50 Med ball box step-overs 30/20 24/20

1. The run will be done together with each partner carrying the wall ball 200m
2. The med ball sit-ups will be done by passing the med ball between parters as sitting up.
3. The med ball box step overs will use the 30/20 lb ball to a 24/20 inch box. Each partner must complete 25 reps broken up however.
