Just a reminder that we will have no PM classes tomorrow evening. Pioneer will be shut down for no tricks safe treats. All the kiddos will be out doing their trick or treating. Hope to see those of you who have kids down there. Our AM classes will be normal so if you can get in at 5:30, 9:00, or 10:00AM we will see you then. Thursday everything will be normal!!!!

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) 7 rounds for total reps of
60 Sec Max Effort Calorie Row
30 Sec Rest
60 Sec Max Effort Box Jump Overs 24/20
30 Sec Rest

Notes:
1. On the row 1 calorie equals 1 rep
2. For the Box Jump Overs you can do them facing the box or laterally. Here is a pretty good link if you are wanting to see the movement.
