20 Lateral hurdle hops over the bar
5 SDHP
10 Lateral hurdle hops over the bar

3) Mobility/Stretching

Competition Programming:

1) Work up to a 3RM Power clean

2) 5x2@ 85% Of above

3) Take 10 Minutes to work on Handstand walks

4) For time complete
20 Shoulder touches (kick up on the wall and touch your shoulders alternating arms)
30 Ring Push Ups
15 Shoulder touches
30 Ring Dips
10 Shoulder touches
20 Ring Pushups
