1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Partner Filthy Fifty
100 Box Jumps 24/20
100 Jumping Pullups
100 KB Swings 53/35
100 Walking Lunges
100 Knees to elbow
100 Push Presses 45/35
100 Back Extensions
100 Wall Balls 20/14
100 Burpees
100 Double Unders

The workout will be done with a Partner. One person working at a time. The reps can be split up however you need to.
