Workout of the day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Every 45 seconds for 4:30 complete 3 Power Snatches using between 85-95% of your 3RM. If you do not have a 3RM find a fairly heavy weight and use for the effort.

3) 4 Rounds for time of
20 DB Snatches alternating arms
20 T2B

1. The weight for the DB Snatches is 50/35. Scale as necessary
Scale for the toes to bar should be knees to elbow. If not knees to elbow then hanging knee raise. If you can’t hang then V-ups
4) Mobility/Stretching
