Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2)  4 rounds in 2 teams
1 Shuttle Sprint
Agility box jump 2 times through
10 Sand Bag Power Cleans
then
as a team complete 200 Burpees

3) Mobility/Stretching
