I've seen lots of pictures of some delicious food you all are making. This one came from Chelsie and it's sweet potato nachos. If your curious about the recipe hit her up next time you see her in the gym. For all you folks taking on the challenge I hope these first three days have gone well for you. Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Shoulder press 7-5-5-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps increasing weight each round looking for a new max by the last set

3) EMOM for 10 Minutes complete
Even Minutes - 10 Wall Balls 30/20
Odd Minutes - 45 Second Plank

4) Not for time complete
3 Rounds of
45 Second Side plank each side
45 Second Hollow Hold

5) Mobility/Stretching
