Nice job on todays grinder of a workout. It was tough and an amazing way to get through the middle of the week. Lets finishing the back half of the week the same way. Look forward to seeing you all for some heavy Snatches tomorrow.

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3 Reps AHAP. Work up to around 90-95% of your 3RM and use it for all sets. If you don't have a 3RM max find a heavy weight and use it for all sets.

3) For time complete 9-6-3-3-6-9 Reps of
Hang Snatch (yes you are squatting) using 65% of todays heaviest
Strict Ring Dips

4) Mobility/Stretching
