Christmas is just around the corner, 4 day's to be exact. Here will be our Holiday schedule for the rest of the year into the New Year. For the rest of this week we will have a normal schedule, we will be CLOSED Monday the 25th Christmas Day, we will have limited classes on the 26th, holding only a 9am class and a 4pm class, the rest of the week will be normal hours. Monday January 1st we will be closed and we will be back to our normal schedule and hours starting January 2nd. We wish you all a Happy Holiday season and we can't wait for a fresh start in 2018. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Clean and Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3 Reps AHAP. Work up to around 95% of your 3RM and use for all sets. If you do not have a 3RM find a heavy weight and stick with it for all sets.

3) 8 Minute AMRAP of
5 Clean and jerks using 70% of todays heaviest
10 Over the bar burpees

4) Not for time complete 3 rounds of
60 Second plank
60 Second side plank each side

5) Mobility/Stretching
