Well for all you football fans out there. Who's it going to be? I vote New England, go Pats. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy single Overhead Squat

3) 10 minute AMRAP of
5 Overhead squats using 60% of todays heaviest
10 Push-ups
100m Run

4) Mobility/Stretching


Competition Programming:

1) EMOM for 10 Minutes complete
Even Minutes - 3 Clean and Jerks using 50% + 15lbs adding 5 lbs each minute
Odd Minutes - 5 Strict HSPU

2) Back Squat 1x20 using 60% plus 20lbs of your 1RM (once the bar comes out of the rack do not re-rack until you finish the 20 reps)

3) 8 Minute AMRAP of
3 Bar MU
5 Power Snatches 135/95
7 Box Jumps 30/24

4) Mobility/Stretching
