Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of 2 complete for time
800m Run (together)
40 Power Cleans 155/110
400m Run (together)
20 Power cleans 155/110
200m Run (together)
10 Power cleans 155/110

1. The runs shall be done together as a team.
2. You can not start the power cleans until both partners return the run.
3. The Power Cleans can be split up between the team members however they need.
4. Scale the weight as necessary.
