10 KB Lunges (Hold the KB as if you were doing a Goblet squat) 70/53

11 KB Swings (Russian) 70/53

12 Manmakers 50/35

Notes: The workout is to be done like the song. So on the first day of christmas my trainer gave  to me 1 Power Snatch, on the second day of christmas my trainer gave to me 2 Strict HSPU and a Power Snatch.... so on and so forth till the end. You could always go listen to the song if it does not make sense.
