PROGRAM A) 

1)Pendlay row 3x5 increasing weight each set

2)Snatch 2x7  increasing weight each round with 50 double unders between each set

rest as needed

PROGRAM B)

Strength:

1a) 5x3 off the back jerk AHAP hold the jerk for three seconds overhead then recover

1b) 5x5 (each leg) Bulgarian split squat with barbell in front rack use a heavy weight where you can complete all sets without failing
