1) In teams of two complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of

7 DL 185/135 

7 Burpees over the bar

Alternate after completing each round.

 

Notes: Every 5min and at the beginning of the workout complete a single round of cindy as a team (5 Pull ups, 10 Push ups, 15 air squats)
