Tomorrow evening the first open workout will be released. I'm pretty excited to get this games season under way. Just a reminder that during these 5 weeks of the open we only have a 4PM class on Fridays. From 5PM till finish we will be judging the athletes taking part in the open. If you have not signed up and want to there is still plenty of time. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy single Power Clean

3) For time complete 21-15-9 reps of
Deadlifts 115/80
Hang Power Cleans 115/80

Notes: This is suppose to be light. If it feels that way then go faster.

4) Mobility/Stretching
