Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Hang Power Snatches

3) Death by Snatch Complex
 Power Snatch + Snatch Grip Push Press + Snatch Balance

1. The workout goes like so. With a running clock you will complete the complex once in minute 1, 2 times in minute 2, 3 times in minute 3. You will continue this way till you can no longer complete the number of reps for the minute you are on.
2. The weight for the complex will be 65% of todays heaviest set of 5 hang power snatches.

4) Mobility/Stretching

Competition Programming:

1) Back Squat  5x3@ 80% of your 1RM

2) 10 Minute AMRAP of
5 Muscle ups
10 Burpees
15 Box Jumps 24/20

3) Not for time complete 3 rounds of
20 Russian Twists
20 V-ups
