This is just a little throw back for my little buddy Tim. He still gets in and plays with the WOD Toys. I can't wait till he's a little older and I can lift some heavy weight with him. Anyway I look forward to seeing you all in the morning for our team WOD. Also lets go Patriots!!!!!

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In even numbered teams you will be moving a pile of weight from one spot to the other. While you are moving weight your team members will be performing rounds of “Cindy”
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

This will be explained in detail in the morning.
