Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of 2 complete for time an ascending ladder from 1-12 reps of

Wall Balls 30/20

Notes: The way this is going to work is, Partner “A” will start on wall balls and Partner “B” will start on burpees. Each Partner will complete 1 rep of their movement and then switch places. After each partner completes 1 rep of each movement they will move on to rep 2. So on and so forth till the ladder is completed.
