Tomorrow 18.4 will be released. What will it be? Do you think we could possibly see some wall balls and box jumps? Theres no telling but I sure am excited to find out!!!

Workout of the day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) for time complete 1000 Single unders

Notes: At the top of every minute complete
10 Lunges then with the remainder of the minute do single unders.

3) Mobility/Stretching
