Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) For time complete
125 Burpees

Starting at go and then every 2 minutes complete 20 Mountain climbers

Notes: This is how it will work. When the clock counts down 3-2-1 go you will start with 20 Mountain climbers (each leg is a rep). The remainder of the 2 minutes you will complete Burpees. When the clock hits the 2 minute mark complete the Mountain climbers again. Continue this way until all burpees are complete.
