Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) In teams of two complete
2500m Row (1 Works while the other Jumps rope)
200 Air Squats (1 Works while the other holds a wall sit)
150 Push-ups (1 works while the other holds a plank)
100 Pull-ups (1 Works while the other hangs from the pull-up bar)
1. The jump rope is singles and both feet have to jump over the rope (no one foot at a time like you are running in place)
2. Keep track of the total number of jump ropes. It will be figured into your score in some way.
