Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) In teams of 2 complete for time a
1. While partner “A” rows partner “B” will completes a circuit of
2. Switch positions after every 3 rounds of the circuit
3. Keep track of the total number of rounds of the circuit completed. Each round completed is 1 second off your total time.
