1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy Single Bench Press and then 5x2 @ 85% of todays heaviest.

3) 15 Minute AMRAP of
100m Run
10 Deficit Pushups
100m Run
10 Push presses 115/80

4) 6 Minute AMRAP of
20 V-ups
20 Russian Twists

5) Mobility/stretching
