I hope everyone had the opportunity to have some family time this Easter. It always nice when the whole family can be together and eat good food and have some laughs. Not to mention who doesn't like a good easter egg hunt. Any way we look forward to seeing you all in the gym tomorrow to work off some of that candy. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) Clean & Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3 reps increasing weight each set looking for a new 3RM by the last set

3) EMOM for 8 Minutes complete the complex 3 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + Plus 3 push jerks
Notes: Barbell weight for the EMOM should be 65% of todays heaviest

4) 4 rounds not for time of
10 Ab Wheel Roll outs
10 V-ups

5) Mobility/stretching
