Just want to take a second and say congrats to Vera. She went out this past weekend and kicked ass at her PL meet. She hit the numbers she needed and qualified for nationals in Vegas. Next time you see her in the gym sweating and doing work give her a high five and say congrats. She worked hard and completed one of her goals!!!

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Front Squats

3) For time complete
21-15-9 reps of
Front Squats Using 60% of todays heaviest weight
Over the bar burpees

4) 5 Minute AMRAP of
50 Situps
50 V-ups

5) Mobility/stretching
