Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) In teams of two complete
250 Over the bar ball toss 20/14
At the start and every 3 minutes after stop and complete 10 T2B each.
Notes: You will pass the ball back and forth over the pull up bar. When its time for T2B while oner person works the other will hang.
