The weekend has come to an end. I hope you all got out this weekend to enjoy Holland Happening even though the weather wasn't the greatest. Tomorrow is back to the grind. We will be looking for a new 1RM Clean and Jerk so come ready to do work.
Workout of the Day:
1) Coach Led Warm-up
2) Clean and Jerk
5-5-3-3-1-1-1-1 increasing weight each set looking for a new 1RM by the last set
3) EMOM for 8 Minutes complete
a 3 Position clean and jerk using 60% of todays heaviest. For the reminder of the minute hold a plank
All the cleans done today are squat cleans.
The 3 position clean and jerk consists of a clean and jerk from the power position, a clean and jerk from the hang position, and a clean and jerk from the ground.
