Workout of the Day:
1) Coach led Warm-up
2) For time complete 125 Burpee Broad Jumps
Every 2 Minutes stop and complete 20 Mountain Climbers
1. Here is a link demonstrating a Burpee Broad Jump
2. You will start with the Burpee Broad jumps at the 2 minute mark, 4 minute mark, 6 minute mark so on and so forth complete the 20 Mountain climbers.
