Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 7 bench press. Then 5x5@ 90% of todays heaviest.

3) 12 Minute AMRAP of
7 DB Push Press 50/35 Left Arm
40 Mountain Climbers
7 DB Push Press 50/35 Right Arm
30 Second Handstand hold

Notes: If you can not kick up into a handstand do a wall walk as far up as you can go and hold for 30 Seconds. The hold should be a total of 30 seconds. For example if you come off the wall at 15 seconds you still owe another 15 when you get back up.
