Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Snatch 5-5-5-5-5-5 Reps increasing weight each set looking for a new 5RM by the end.

Notes: Yes Squat Snatches. No they do not have to be touch and go, however if you drop the bar between reps get right back to the bar.

3) For time complete
2 rounds of
9 Snatches 95/65
12 Bar facing burpees
then
2 minute rest
then
2 rounds of
9 Snatches 115/80
12 Bar facing burpees

Notes: For this conditioning effort the snatches will be squat snatches. These are bar facing burpees unless the class is simply to big. In that case you can go laterally over the bar. Stepping over the bar is ok for a scaling option.

4) For time complete
100 V-ups

5) Mobility/Stretching
