Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) 4xME set of strict ring dips + ME set of Kipping Dips

Notes: Complete a max effort set of strict ring dips then with out coming out of the rings complete a max effort set of kipping ring dips. If you cannot to dips n the rings scale to the box and do 4 sets of 15.

3) 5 Rounds for time of
10 Pull-ups
20 Pushups
30 Air Squats

4) Mobility/Stretching
