Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led Warm-up

2) For time complete
800m Run
75 Walking Lunges
30 Deadlifts
50 Walking Lunges
30 Deadlifts
25 Walking Lunges
800m Run

Notes: Weight for the deadlifts is 185/130. Also you can do the lunges in place if it saves on space. 

3) 5 Minute AMRAP of
50 Situps
50 2 count flutter kicks

4) Mobility/stretching
