Next Monday we will be doing our Memorial Day WOD "Murph". We will only have 1 class that day starting at 9 and finishing when everyone completes the WOD. ook forward to seeing everyone tackle this workout.

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) For time complete
4x800m Run Resting 60 seconds between runs
4x1000m Row resting 60 seconds between rows.

Notes: if there are more folks than rowers start half with the run and half on the rower.
