Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led warmup

2) Take 15-20 minute to find a heavy set of three hang snatches. 

3) 10 Minute AMRAP of
7 KB Swing Right Arm
7 KB Clean Right Arm
7 KB Snatch Right Arm
7 KB Swing Left Arm
7 KB Clean Left Arm
7 KB Snatch Left Arm
100m Run

1)For the first part it is Hang Squat Snatches

2)Weight for the KB should be 70/53. 

3)For the KB clean you will squat with it. 

4)For the KB snatch you do not need to squat

5) The KB Clean and Snatch can be done from the hang position.
