I know this isn't everyone who came out for the Memorial Day Murph. I did my best to try and wait to get everyone. That being said it was a great workout on an amazing day. Thanks for taking part on what i feel is an important day. 

Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm Up

2) Take 15-20 Minutes to find a heavy set of 5 Power cleans

3) 10 Minute AMRAP of
100 Double Onders
50 Box Jumps
25 Hang Power Cleans using 60% of todays heaviest

4) Not for time complete
4 rounds of
10 Ab Wheel Roll outs
60 Second Plank

5) Mobility/Stretching
