1)Coach led warmup

2) Back Squat 7-7-7-7-7 Reps increasing weight each set looking for a new 7 rep max by the last set

3) EMOM for 10 Minutes complete
Even Minutes - 12 Wall Balls 30/20
Odd Minutes - 15 KB Swings 70/53
Notes: The KB Swings will be American style.

4) Mobility/Stretching
