Workout of the Day:

1) Coach Led Warm-up

2) In teams of two
Take 10 Minutes to find a single heavy power snatch
5 Minute Rest
100 Double Unders each
150 Hang Power Snatches 95/65
200 V-Ups
250 Double Unders each

1. Add the heavy single power snatch together for a total between partners.

2. Each person has to do the total number of double unders. 

3. The hang power snatches and V-ups can be split up between the partners as necessary.
