Workout of the Day:

1) Coach led warmup

2) Take 15-20 minutes to find a heavy set of 7 Split Jerks

3) 5 rounds for time of
10 Deadlifts
7 Hang Power Cleans
4 Split Jerks
Weight for all three bar movements will be 80% of todays heaviest set of 7 Split Jerks. 

4) Not for time complete 3 rounds of
60 Second plank hold
30 2 count flutter kicks

5) Mobility/Stretching
